Om LEARNFOOD

Formål og mål

Det overordnede formål med projektet 'LEARNFOOD' er, at partnerne udveksler viden og sam-skaber innovative, pædagogiske og didaktiske tilgange til skolemad.

Formålet er baseret på en social-konstruktivistisk konceptuel ramme, der fremmer etableringen af et fælles LEARNFOOD-netværk, som ud fra et horisontalt og tværsektorielt perspektiv bidrager til uddannelse og efteruddannelse i Norge, Sverige og Danmark. Projektet anvender teori og metoder fra Undervisning for Bæredygtig Udvikling/ Hålbar Utveckling/ Bærekraftig Utvikling.

Herunder UNESCO Undervisning for Bæredygtig Udvikling 2030 og FN’s Verdensmål.

Det er et mål at deltagerne i projektet lærer af hinandens erfaringer på måder, der skaber synergi på trods af de strukturelle forskelle i skolemads systemer. Synergi fra videndeling og sam-skabelse vil bidrage til at fremme sundhed, trivsel og læring blandt børn og unge i skoler på tværs af de tre lande.

I et nordisk perspektiv vil dette Nordplus Horisontal projekt fremme tværnationalt og tværsektorielt samarbejde og fremme en øget gensidig forståelse mellem partnerne.

Selvom der er kendte strukturelle forskelle på området for skolemad, deler de nordiske partnere fælles værdier og kulturel baggrund. Disse forskelle og ligheder betragtes som en fælles styrke i dette Nordplus Horisontal-projekt og netværk.

Projektet afsluttes ved udgangen af 2025. De primære aktiviteter er seminarer og webinarer samt etablering af netværk mellem deltagerne.
Der gennemføres et seminar i henholdsvis Sverige (2023), Norge (2024) og Danmark (2025).

IN ENGLISH:

The overall purpose of the project 'LEARNFOOD' is that the partners exchange knowledge and co-create around innovative, pedagogical and didactic approaches to school food.

The overall aim takes the point of departure in a social-constructivist conceptual framework that promotes the establishment of a common LEARNFOOD network.  In a horizontal and cross-sectoral perspective this network will contribute to education across countries. The project applies theory and methods from  Education for Sustainable Development / Sustainable Development / Sustainable Development, including UNESCO ESD 2030 and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

It is a goal that the participants in the project will learn from each other's experiences in ways that create synergy despite the well-known structural differences in school food systems.

Synergies from sharing of knowledge and co-creation around innovation will promote health, well-being and learning among children and young people in schools across the three countries.

From a Nordic perspective, this Nordplus Horizontal project will promote transnational and cross-sectoral co-operation and promote increased mutual understanding between the partners.

Although there are known structural differences in the area of ​​school meals, the Nordic partners share common values ​​and cultural backgrounds. These differences and similarities are considered a common strength in this Nordplus Horizontal project and network.

The project is completed by the end of 2025. The primary actitivies are seminars and webinars – combined with establishment of network between participants.
There will be a seminar in respectively Sweden (2023), Norway (2024) and Denmark (2025).
